BY-LAWS

The by-laws are the rules of Dodgeball BC. The by-laws include the day-to-day procedures for the board as well as the procedures for DBC's Annual General Meeting (AGM). This includes things such as the time frame for the meeting, how the date and time of the meeting is communicated to the members, how nominations can be submitted, how amendments are submitted, and who has voting rights. It outlines the expected procedures and behaviours of both DBC board members and DBC membership. The DBC by-laws were last updated in December 2019.
