Comox Valley

CVSSC Dodgeball League:
What: The Comox Valley Sport and Social Club runs a league for players in the Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland, and Campbell River areas. Register as an individual or submit an entire team - seasons lasts nine weeks and all teams are co-ed.
Where: Cumberland Jr. Gym, 2674 Windermere Ave, Cumberland BC
When: Mondays or Wednesday in fall and winter.

Okanagan

Urban Rec Dodgeball League:
What: Urban Rec Okanagan has been running their dodgeball league in Kelowna for over a decade, with rules specifically designed encourage fun and teamwork. Seasons last 14 weeks and all teams are co-ed.
Where: Ecole L'anse-Au-Sable, 675 Lequime Road, Kelowna BC
When: Tuesday nights. Leagues commence in September and January.

Lower Mainland

7-Inch Drop-In:
What: Run by local 7-inch enthusiasts, this drop-in caters to those who enjoy WDBF rules and takes place on a semi-frequent basis, depending on interest.
Where: Various locations around the Vancouver area.
When: Scheduling is dependent on interest.

Abbotsford Dodgeball League:
What: ADL is a small rec league that plays 8.3-inch on Thursday nights. Plans to add 7-inch in the future are underway.
Where: Abbotsford Christian Elementary School
When: Thursday evenings (various time slots). Check website for details.

Surrey Dodgeball League:
What: SDL is the first dodgeball league in the lower mainland to offer a dedicated 7-inch night of Dodgeball (Wednesday’s). 7-inch in Surrey continues to grow despite the pandemic’s effects and SDL aims to make the style even more prevalent moving forward.
Where: Various gyms in the Surrey area
When: Tuesday (8.3-inch), Wednesday (7-inch), and Thursday (8.3-inch). Check website for details.

Vancouver Dodgeball League and Affiliates:
What: Since 2005, Vancouver Dodgeball League has run as one of the largest leagues in Canada. Playing with 8.3-inch foam and a custom-made rule set, VDL play is fast, fun, and extremely popular. All teams are co-ed, and you can sign up as a team or an individual. VDL also has affiliates in Richmond, Coquitlam and Chilliwack. Most rules are the same across the leagues.
Where: Various gyms in the Greater Vancouver area
When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.

Victoria

Metroball Drop-in:
What: Show up, pay $7, and play on randomly assorted teams for two hours! A perfect mixture of fun and intensity, drop-in attracts players of all levels and you will always feel welcome on court.
Where: North Douglas Church, 675 Jolly Place, Victoria BC
When: Most Friday nights, 7:15-9:15. Check the Metroball Dodgeball Society Facebook page for details.

Metroball Draft League:
What: Victoria's most balanced league, sign up and you will be drafted (snake-style) on to one of six teams that will play together for the duration of the league. Seasons last 6-8 weeks and sign-up is individual only.
Where: North Douglas Church, 675 Jolly Place, Victoria BC
When: Thursday nights, leagues start approximately every ten weeks. Check website for details.

Dodgeball Victoria
What: WDBF-style play, including the most up-to-date rule set, regulation 7-inch foam balls, two referees officiating games, and courts taped to exact dimensions. Teams are co-ed and gendered, register a full team or sign up as an individual.
Where: Doncaster Elementary, 1525 Rowan St. Victoria BC. Oaklands Elementary 2827 Belmont Avenue, Victoria BC
When: Monday and Wednesday nights.

Vikes Recreation and Dodgeball BC's Intramural League
What: Open to the public, UVic's intramural dodgeball league is run in partnership with Dodgeball BC and features full WDBF-style play, including the most up-to-date rule set, regulation 7-inch foam balls, two referees officiating games, and courts taped to exact dimensions. All teams are co-ed, register a full team or sign up as an individual.
Where: University of Victoria CARSA complex, 3800 Finnerty Road, Victoria BC
When: Thursday nights. Leagues commence in September, January, and May.

VSSC Dodgeball Leagues:
What: Victoria Sports and Social Club runs several dodgeball leagues throughout the year, at recreational and competitive levels as well as outdoor summer beach leagues and tournaments. Seasons last 8-16 weeks and all divisions are co-ed, participation in any VSSC league also gives you discounts at a number of local bars and businesses.
Where: Various locations around Victoria
When: Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Leagues commence in September, January, and May.
